By accessing this website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Product-specific usage is also governed by the License summary and the full license file inside the purchased package.

These terms govern use of this site and purchases of Railstead products. The products themselves are operational templates and are not legal, compliance, or professional advice.

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to the Railstead website and any digital products sold under the Railstead brand by CurioHausCo LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

2. Products and claims boundary

We sell digital template kits for informational and operational use (policies, checklists, playbooks, samples, and related files). Products are not legal, compliance, privacy, security, HR, financial, or other professional advice. They do not certify compliance with any law, standard, or framework, and they do not guarantee security, audit success, or incident prevention.

You are responsible for adapting materials to your organization, clients, contracts, industry, and risk environment, and for obtaining qualified professional review where needed.

3. Accounts and purchases

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction; their terms also apply at checkout. You are responsible for accurate purchase information and for safeguarding download access.

4. License

Product-specific license terms control Business Pack vs MSP/Consultant Pack usage. See the License summary. The license file shipped inside the purchased package controls if there is any conflict with this page.

• Business Pack: one organization, internal use
• MSP / Consultant Pack: use with multiple clients as part of paid services; no resale of source templates as a product

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, publicly redistribute, or publish source templates as a standalone or competing product
• Misrepresent materials as legal advice, compliance certification, or a security guarantee
• Remove required disclaimers from source materials where they appear
• Abuse forms, support channels, or refund processes

6. Updates

Unless explicitly stated at purchase, buying a kit does not guarantee future updates. Optional update or subscription offers may appear later.

7. Disclaimers

Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurioHausCo LLC’s total liability arising from site use or product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Governing law

Governing law / venue will be stated here after CurioHausCo LLC confirms jurisdiction (or where merchant-of-record platform terms apply).
